Everyone at Eteros is expected to challenge existing procedures, suggest a better way, and drive it home. Our open-door policy and our transparent, honest management style make being heard easy, not intimidating. We don’t wear suits. We dislike formalities. We are not afraid to roll up our sleeves.

Not only reserved for product design, we come up with creative solutions for every facet of our company – from paperwork to production line, marketing to product features – everything can (and should!) be improved upon.
At Eteros, you will never hear anyone say “that’s not my job”. From small things, like tidying up the kitchen or answering a ringing phone, to bigger things, like counting inventory when it’s crunch time, we help each other out without being asked. When time allows, we actively seek out small or big ways to impact the efficiency of our daily tasks.

Eteros is known for its innovation and divergent thinking, so we’ve decided to challenge the typical hiring channels with our new recruitment program. We are looking to leverage our current staff, vendors’ and customers’ networks and connections to spread the word that Eteros is hiring!
Why the new program?
Sadly, we are a victim of our own success. The incredible team of people at Eteros, combined with our awesome vendors, customers, and other partners, have generated a pace of growth that has made hiring our biggest bottleneck! We’ve decided to turn that problem on its head by designing a recruitment program to incentivize the awesome people we know and work with to help us find other awesome people.

Spread the word to your network, and if Eteros hires that person, there is a cash bonus in it for you! The reward amount varies based on the position and is listed below by the open postings. To receive the bonus, you must inform firstname.lastname@example.org in writing with the name and position of the referred party, prior to their interview. Upon a completion of their first day, ten percent of the reward will be paid to the referring party, and the remaining balance will be paid after completion of four months employment.
